Your order confirms your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions, which constitute a legally binding agreement between BAYSE BRAND LLC (EIN 61-2341897) trading as BAYSE BRAND (We, Us, Our or BAYSE BRAND) and you.

Returns Policy:

We offer refunds, credit notes and exchanges on full priced items within 30 days from the order's delivery date, and exchanges or store credit within 35 days from delivery (USA, Canada and Mexico).

Items received outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.

All items must be in original condition with tags attached and in their original garment bag. Any item that has been worn, washed, damaged, altered or covered in pet/human hair or with makeup/perfume residue cannot be returned.

Your return minus the return label fee (non-refundable) will then be processed, and you will receive a confirmation email.

BAYSE BRAND reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet or align with our return policy.

Products purchased during any promotional period or with a discount code are eligible to be returned for a store credit or exchange only. This excludes our welcome discount and influencer discount codes.

If the style was purchased from our archive sale section, then it is considered final sale and cannot be returned for an exchange or refund.

Due to high volume of orders in a restock launch and/or sale period, we are unable to exchange items or amend details before dispatch. Please carefully double check all details prior to checking out.

During restock launches and sale periods, please allow up to 2–5 business days for your products to be shipped out.

Free Standard shipping for all United States orders over $150 USD.

This is eligible on full priced and sale items.

The free shipping threshold will be calculated by the final order total, after all promotion/sale prices are applied.

Express and Next Day shipping do not currently have a free-shipping threshold.
